Terms of Service

Effective date: the date you first access the Ejepo Platform after these Terms are published. By using Ejepo (ejepo.com) you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Ejepo Platform. By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms in full. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform.

2. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the Platformâ€”including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and the underlying codeâ€”are the property of Ejepo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any materials without obtaining prior written permission from Ejepo. Trademarks and service marks appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without authorization.

3. Third-Party Links and Hosted Apps

Ejepo functions as an app discovery platform. The apps listed on the Platform are hosted on Google Play and are not hosted directly on this site. Ejepo does not host, develop, certify, maintain, or guarantee the content, safety, or availability of those apps. When you choose to access or download an app via the Platform, you will be navigating to Google Play or another third-party service, which is governed by its own terms and policies. We may present information about third-party apps sourced from providers, but such information is subject to change without notice. Use of third-party services is at your own risk, and any fees or charges incurred are your responsibility.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." EJepo AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT, INCLUDING INFORMATION ABOUT THIRD-PARTY APPS. ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EJepo, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE IT. IN NO EVENT SHALL EJepo'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATE TO THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO EJepo FOR THE PLATFORM DURING THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or for conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or its users. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ejepo operates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
